No, you can cancel your subscription. Omni is a month-to-month subscription, with no lock-in contracts.

How much is a license for our receptionists?
Administration and receptionist licenses are free and unlimited!
Where is my practice data stored?
The security and safety of your patient and practice data is paramount to us, that’s why we store all data in secure Australian data centres. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, using industry-standard encryption.
How often is our practice data backed up?
Your practice data is backed up daily to ensure its safe and secure.
